First Kiss® — Slightly tart, aromatic, and similar levels of crispness and juiciness as a Honeycrisp. A new apple on the rise that is a descendant of Honeycrisp.

ZESTAR!® — A well balanced sweet-tart flavor with a hint of brown sugar and zesty overtones. It is extremely juicy and has a light crispness.

Jonamac — Balanced sweet and tart with a white and juicy flesh. The taste is more comparable to a Mcintosh than a Jonathon. Good for pies!

Sweet 16 — Extremely sweet, very crisp, and juicy. It has been described as having notes of licorice and cherry lifesavers.

Sansa — Moderately sweet with a hint of acidity. The skin is smooth, and the cream-colored flesh is crisp.

Estivale — Slightly more acidic than a Golden Delicious with notes of Strawberry and Pear. Its flesh is cream white, and it maintains a noticeable crispness.

Ruby Jon — Same sweet-tart flavor and firm texture as a Jonathon with a Ruby-red color

Pixie Crunch — A balanced sweetness combined with dynamic floral and spicy notes. It has the firmness and crunchiness of a Honeycrisp hence the word “crunch” in its name.

Gala — Predominantly sweet, crisp, juicy with a dull white flesh. Small size for kids and snackers!

Pazzaz — Exceptionally sweet and subtly tart with a strong crunch. A descendant of Honeycrisp.

Fuji — One of the sweetest apples around! Good for fresh eating and juicing.

Fireside — Very sweet, exceptionally crisp, and juicy. One of the first apples introduced by the UofM breeding program!

Haralson — A complex tart flavor, extremely firm, and medium skin toughness. One of our most popular pie apples.
